Luís Noronha da Costa (1942-2020) was a Lisbon-born architect, filmmaker, and painter. Educated at the Lisbon School of Fine Arts, he began his artistic journey with objects and collages, gaining early recognition. Known for his distinctive use of oil paints to create transparent images, he exhibited worldwide, including the Venice Biennale and São Paulo Biennale. In 1971, he was honored by the International Association of Art Critics. His unique style made a lasting mark on the contemporary art scene.
Artur Cruzeiro Seixas (b.1920-d.2020), a leading figure of Portuguese Surrealism, was known for his expressionist, neorealist, and surrealist phases. Influenced by De Chirico, his work spans painting, drawing, poetry, and sculpture. He lived in Angola, later fleeing to Europe, and where he held numerous exhibitions. In 1999, he donated his collection to the Cupertino de Miranda Foundation. Awarded several times, his art features in major collections, including the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and Museu do Chiado.
Pedro Guimarães (b.1974) is a portuguese professional artist. Influenced by New York Pop artists and Post-Pop iconography, he uses innovative techniques to create 3D optical art with shifting perspectives. His work, often using alternative materials, has earned him notable awards, including the 'Arte Cantábria' prize. Guimarães has also painted portraits of public figures, including the Portuguese First Lady.
Roxanne Bueso (b.1958) is a Puerto Rico self-taught artist.
With a curriculum filled with solo and colective exhibitions, she has been awarded the 2023 Luxembourg Art Prize for artistic merit.
Despite living in Portugal since the 90s, her south american roots are embedded in all her paintings through her vibrant colors, mythological elements and striking female figures.

Ruben Zacarias (b.1995) was born in Lichinga, Mozambique. Now based in Porto, he trained in painting and crafts at Bindarte Atelier, Mozambique. Influenced by his mother and grandmother, he works using several medias. He is known as a versatile artist. His works have been shown internationally.
His art often explores themes of women, dreams, and heritage, reflecting his self-described feminist perspective.
José Pedro Croft (b.1957) graduated in Painting from the Lisbon School of Fine Arts. Initially focused on stone reliefs, his early works explored death themes. In the 1980s, he shifted towards geometric spatial exploration, creating monument-like sculptures. By the 1990s, he integrated everyday objects and mirrors, focusing on light and space. Exhibited at the Gulbenkian Foundation and Venice Biennale, he won the Public Art Prize (2001) and AICA Prize (2007).
Jorge Parracho is a self taught artist, from Porto, Portugal.
Most of his works are inspired by the quantum world, embedding in art several elements that are reinterpreted using detailed medias.
In 2024, the artist started a series named Emotions, distant from his usual work, where through the use of graphite on paper the artist attempts to reach the depth of the human core emotions.
João Paramés (b.1978) studied Painting at the National Society of Fine Arts in Lisbon and graduated in 2003 from the University School of Arts of Coimbra. His work features in prominent public and private collections, including the Portuguese Parliament, Lisbon City Hall, Museu Grão Vasco, Barclays Bank, Siemens Lisbon, and international institutions in Germany, France, and Spain, among others.
Cody DeLong (b.1964) is a passionate life-long student of art. Cody was instilled at an early age with a solid work ethic and an affinity for nature and all its beauty. A natural artist, Codyd is continually inspired by the west which has been his home for most of his adult life.
